Q) How do i order and pay for a machine?

A) Please message or call us to check availability. Payment can be made by cash, card or bank transfer.

Q) Do you deliver and set up the machines?

A) Yes we deliver, set up the machines and also stock them.

Q) How do the machines work?

A) A fully trained operative will operate the machines where applicable. Chocolate Fountain and Hot Dog steamer are self service.

Q) Who cleans the machines?

A) We take care of everything including the cleaning and taking away of the machine.

Q) How much space do i need to accommodate a machine?

A) We recommend at least 1sqm per machine but it depends on the site. We can do a site inspection if needed.

Q) What do i get when i book a machine?

A) You will get the machine of your choice not only delivered but set up, stocked, operated, FREE servings and we then take it away and clean. All for one price.

Q) Can i book additional hours?

A) Yep, a small fee will be applied but this also includes additional FREE servings.

Q) Do you offer any discounts?

A) Yes, if two or more machines are rented at the same time, you will get them at a reduced rate + extra FREE servings.

Q) Can you offer any further discounts?

A) Hmm OK, bookings made during the week can be discounted during less busy times but please enquire to discuss and we will endeavour to accommodate you.

Q) Are you insured?

A) Yes we have Public Liability Insurance and are happy to send over a copy of this with any booking.

Q) Are your machines safe?

A) Yes all machines are fully maintained and PAT tested.

Q) I need a machine for a children's party, have your staff been checked?

A) Yes all our staff are DBS checked.

Q) Do you follow hygiene procedures?

A) Yes all our staff are level 1 Food Safety trained.

Q) If i book a machine and pay a deposit can i cancel?

A) Of course but please give us at least 7 days notice.

Q) What times are you able to deliver and operate the machines?

A) Our normal operating times for hire are between 09:00 and 19:00 but we can extend these hours if needed for a small fee, please add this to your enquiry.
